    Here are the answers to your frequently asked questions.

    How do I place an order?

    We are just an ordinary online shop – but with exceptionally low prices and great discounts. Have a look at our shop, choose the product you’d like to buy, select your favourite colour and the right size and click on “Add to shopping cart”. As soon as your cart is filled with plenty of our best products click on “Checkout” to complete your shopping trip.

     

    Is it possible to order by phone?

    Sorry but this isn’t possible. Nearly all of our processes are automated. We can deal much faster with online orders so please use this way to buy your new favourites.

     

    Do I need a customer account to place an order?

    If you own a customer account, you do not only avoid having to enter your address information every time you shop at SportSpar.com but you also benefit from several advantages. Example? Without any effort you collect bonus points every time you place an order. Furthermore, you’ll choose from all our available payment methods – without a customer account only Amazon Pay and PayPal are possible. So, come on an create a SportSpar customer account. It’s done fast – and it doesn’t hurt.

     

    Is there a minimum or maximum order value?

    No, there’s neither a minimum nor a maximum order value. Nevertheless, when it comes to certain products you might be able to order only a restricted quantity. This is a limit we set to offer as many customers as possible the chance to benefit from our bargains. Furthermore, there is a minimum purchase amount for certain promotions to benefit from the discount offered.

     

    Do I get a discount if I buy larger quantities for a club?

    Please understand that we can‘t offer any further discount on our already heavily reduced products if you buy larger quantities on behalf of a club. The same conditions apply to all our customers.

     

    How do I have a look at my orders?

    If you log in to your customer account, you’ll find all your orders according to date under Orders. When it comes to your current order we’ll always keep you up to date. As soon as your parcel leaves our house, we’ll e-mail you a tracking link so that you can see where it is at the moment.

     

    How do I cancel my order?

    In case you made a mistake when placing your order and now you’d like to cancel it, please contact us via e‑mail (service@sportspar.com). As long as we haven’t packed your order, it’s no problem to cancel it. However, please keep in mind: We are quick, very quick! So don’t wait too long!

     

    Is it possible to modify my order afterwards or maybe add a product?

    Sorry but this isn’t possible. As soon as an order is registered by our system, we’ll deal with it very fast – your parcel will be packed and shipped quickly. So, please check all your information and data BEFORE clicking on “Buy”. Adding products to orders which are already completed is impossible.

     

    What happens after I completed my order?

    After you click on “Buy” we’ll send you an e-mail with your order confirmation. Depending on the payment method you chose, you might also be contacted by our payment partner with all the necessary information. We’ll deal with your order as fast as possible and pack your parcel quickly. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, we’ll keep you up to date via e-mail. This e-mail contains a tracking link which shows you anytime where your parcel is located at the moment. When your parcel arrives: rip it open, try it on and shine!

     

    How can I be sure to have placed the order correctly?

    After we receive your order, you’ll automatically receive an e-mail containing your order confirmation. Here, you’ll find all the details concerning your order. Please check if all of the information is correct.

     

    Can I order by mobile device?

    Of course, you can also have a look at our web page on your mobile phone. Or you could use our SportSpar app (Please note: The SportSpar app is currently only available in German.)

     

    Can I collect my order in person?

    Sorry, but we are purely an online shop. There’s simply no place here for a “parcel counter”.

    How do I pay?

    We offer various payment methods, e.g. bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, instant transfer or Amazon Pay. We cooperate with different service providers such as PayPal, Unzer or Klarna which will contact you with all the necessary information after you completed your shopping. Here you'll find more information on our payment methods.

     

    How do I get an invoice?

    We’ll e-mail you the invoice as a pdf attached to your order confirmation.

     

    What about VAT?

    We indicate the value added tax (VAT) in every invoice according to the legal regulations.

     

    To which bank account do I transfer the money?

    Straight answer: It depends… it depends on the payment method you chose. Did you go for prepayment, we’ll send you our bank details via e-mail. Please don’t forget to mention the reference so that we can assign the payment to your customer account automatically. If you decided to use a payment method offered by our partner Klarna, Klara will send you an e-mail with all the necessary information after you completed your purchase. Then, you’ll transfer the money to the Klarna account.

     

    Why did I get a reminder?

    You were over the moon and distracted by your new favourites and so you possibly just forgot to pay for your order. That’s no problem: You still have enough time to do it. However, it might also be that we couldn’t assign your payment because the reference number you entered was incorrect or incomplete. In this case, please contact us by sending an e-mail to service@sportspar.com.

     

    I accidently paid twice! What should I do?

    Oops! This happens to the best of us! You probably got confused at our high-quality sportswear for such low prices. Please contact us by sending an e-mail to service@sportspar.com.

    How do I redeem a voucher?

    You can easily use your voucher code by adding it to your shopping cart or shortly before you complete your order. First, you’ll find a summary of your shopping cart under "Edit shopping cart". Please click into the box underneath I have a voucher and enter your voucher code here. Please confirm your code by clicking on Redeem voucher. Another option occurs shortly before you finally buy your products and complete your order.

     

    Can I use or credit a voucher afterwards?

    No, sorry but for technical reasons this is impossible. Nevertheless, most of our vouchers haven’t got an expiration date. So, simply use them for your next order then!

     

    I can't redeem my voucher. What's wrong?

    You can’t add your voucher code to your shopping cart? Please check the following:

    Did you enter the code into the correct field?
    You can easily redeem your voucher code by adding it to your shopping cart or finally before checking out and completing your order. First, you’ll find a summary of your shopping cart under "Edit shopping cart". Please click into the box underneath I have a voucher to activate this text field. Now you can enter your voucher code. Please confirm your code by clicking on Redeem voucher.

    Did you add a blank space by mistake?
    Please check again if you entered the voucher code correctly. The code should only consist of the characters mentioned (letters and numbers). Please make sure that there’s no blank space in front or behind your code.

    Is your voucher code still valid?
    Promotion codes are often only valid for a certain promotion and/or for a certain time. Their period of validity is limited. You’ll usually find their expiration date next to your voucher code or fine printed and marked with an asterisk. If you got your voucher code via e-mail or letter, you’ll find the expiration date here.

    Often SportSpar voucher codes can only be redeemed once per person and order. If you used your voucher code for a previous order, you can’t use it again.

    Do you meet the minimum purchase?
    Some of our vouchers require a minimum purchase. Please check if your order meets this minimum purchase. If a minimum purchase applies, it can be found fine printed and marked with an asterisk next to the expiration date or mentioned in the conditions of participation for the promotion.

    Did you combine several discount codes?
    You can only use a voucher code once per order.

    Can you use your voucher code only for certain products or categories?
    Some of our promotion vouchers are only valid for certain products (e.g. mega sale items), categories (e.g. only football items) or campaigns (e.g. only for DealClub members). You’ll find all voucher conditions and requirements fine printed and marked with an asterisk.

     

    What happens with my voucher if I return one or several items I ordered?

    Vouchers with minimum purchase: Most of our promotion vouchers require a minimum purchase. If you return goods, this minimum purchase might be less than required. Then, we can’t redeem your voucher code. The voucher will be deducted when we refund you. This applies for absolute vouchers (e.g. 5 euros) and percentage vouchers (e.g. 10 %). On enquiry we’ll send you a new voucher code. Just contact our customer service!

    Vouchers without minimum purchase: If your voucher code doesn’t require a minimum purchase, we’ll proportionally deduct your voucher (e.g. 10 %) from the balance due. Absolute voucher codes (e.g. 5 euros) without minimum purchase are not affected by returns.

    How do I become a DealClub member?

    Becoming a DealClub member means to promote yourself to the exclusive SportSpar VIP area! Simply add your DealClub membership to your shopping cart. A DealClub membership is a digital product and you don’t have to pay any shipping costs.

    Important: To order a DealClub membership you’ll need a valid customer account. Create one while ordering or log on to your existing account. If you don’t have a valid SportSpar customer account, you won’t be able to become a member.

    As soon as you order your membership, we’ll e-mail you an order confirmation. We’ll activate your DealClub membership after we receive your full payment.

     

    What are the DealClub advantages?

    You’ll always benefit from additionally reduced deals, a 2nd Deal of the Day and regular promotions only for DealClub members. Furthermore, you’ll collect twice the amount of bonus points than usual. So, pull out your calculators and check quickly if these great advantages are worth it.

     

    Is it possible to pay for the DealClub membership per month?

    Sorry, this is impossible. After we activated your membership it’s valid for six months. You pay only once.

    Is it possible to cancel or to pause the DealClub membership?

    Sorry, but for technical reasons you can’t pause your DealClub membership.

    The regulations of the right of withdrawal apply as well for the purchase of a SportSpar DealClub membership. After the legal period of revocation it’s impossible to cancel the membership earlier and to ask for a partially refund. The duration of the contract is six months and binding. The DealClub membership you bought expires after six months. There’s no automatic renewal. It’s not necessary to cancel it.

    How many bonus points do I collect?

    For every €1 purchase amount you’ll automatically collect one bonus point. You’re a DealClub member? Then, you’ll even get two bonus points per €1 purchase amount.
    For example: If you buy cool sportswear, trendy sneakers or new sports equipment at our shop and you pay €52.99, you collected 52 bonus points.

     

    Do I have to register for bonus points?

    You don’t have to register to be able to collect bonus points. However, it’s important to log on to your customer account while shopping at SportSpar.com. Otherwise, we can’t assign your well-earned bonus points to the right customer account.

     

    I ordered quite often but I collected only a few bonus points. Why?

    We tinkered and polished quite a long time with our bonus points to make collecting them as easy as possible for you. So, the whole thing didn’t start before June 2020. If you busily ordered before, it simply wasn’t possible to collect bonus points at that time.

    Or maybe you weren’t logged on or you used different customer accounts for your orders. Then, we couldn’t assign the collected bonus points to your customer account.

    In case both possibilities just mentioned don't apply to you and you think there might be a technical problem, please contact our customer service and send an e-mail to service@sportspar.com.

     

    What do I use my bonus points for?

    It’s up to you to decide for what you’d like to use your bonus points. In your customer account you can see all the available goodies.

    How do I redeem my bonus points?

    You find your promo/discount codes in your customer account. Have a look at the available bonus products and decide which item or voucher you’d like to have by clicking on the button Get them now! Simply copy the code of your bonus you’d like to use into the field I have a voucher. Then, confirm your code by clicking on Redeem voucher. There will by another possibility to enter your voucher code shortly before you finish your order.

    What does shipping cost?

    Shipping to Germany is €4.95, to France and Italy €8.00, to Spain and the Netherlands €8.00, shipping to Poland about €5 and to Austria and Belgium €8.00. Shipping to some European countries such as Portugal is €8 and for others it is €13 or €17. Shipping worldwide is €30. Now, you’re confused? Don’t worry! Here you’ll find all the information at a glance.
     

    How long is shipping?

    We always try to deal with your order as fast as possible – to pack and ship it in no time at all so to say. Usually it takes 1 to 3 days to ship parcels within Germany, 4 to 14 days within Europe and 14 to 30 days worldwide.

    Sometimes delivery might take a bit honestly because our promotion was such a success and we have to pack more parcels than usual. For Christmas and Easter it might take longer, too. As soon as your parcel leaves our house, we’ll e-mail you a tracking link so that you can track your parcel anytime.

     

    Which are the countries you ship to?

    Generally, people from all over the world can order our products. We deliver worldwide. However, it might be that our logistics partner limits the delivery to certain countries due to the political situation or health issues. Please feel free to contact DHL or our customer support if you aren’t sure. Just send an e-mail to service@sportspar.com.

     

    Who is your logistics partner?

    To ship your parcel we cooperate with DHL and with Deutsche Post. When shipping parcels abroad DHL and Deutsche Post cooperate with their partners in the respective countries who are in charge for local delivery.

     

    Is it possible for the delivery address to differ from the invoice address?

    Kann meine Lieferadresse von der Rechnungsadresse abweichen?

    That’s no problem. You'll find your invoice and your delivery address in your customer account and you can modify them if necessary. As soon as we receive your order, we’ll e-mail you an order confirmation. Please check all the information carefully. If there’s a mistake, let us know immediately. Send us an e-mail to service@sportspar.com.

     

    How do I track my parcel?

    As soon as your order leaves our house, we’ll automatically send you an e-mail with a tracking link. With this link you might easily track your parcel and you’re always up to date.

    In case you didn’t receive this e-mail, please have a look at your spam folder. Maybe your e-mail program sorted it in wrong by mistake. If you can’t find it there, just send an e-mail to service@sportspar.com. and we’ll provide you with a new tracking link.

     

    The product I received is damaged! What do i do?

    Oh no, we’re really sorry. Send an e-mail to service@sportspar.com. or use our reclamation form and we’ll solve the problem.

    How do I return goods?

    You don’t like what you see or the size isn’t the perfect one? No problem! Of course, you might return ordered products within 14 days after you received them. Our address is mentioned either on the delivery note or on our website under Returns. Please have a look at the information concerning returns.

    To make it easier for us to deal with your return please enclose your delivery note or an invoice copy. Thank you very much.

    For your return, please use a stabile outer packaging such as a cardboard box or a large and maybe padded envelope. So, you can be sure that your return arrives safely.

    Please note that we don’t offer any returns or return labels for free. Unlike others we don’t include potential return costs into our prices to always offer you the best bargains at our shop.

     

    Can I exchange goods?

    Sorry, you can’t exchange products. As we mainly sell remaining stock items and discontinued goods we can’t guarantee that our products are always available in all sizes and colours. It’s best to return the product you don’t like as much as expected or which hasn’t quite the right size and to order the preferred version anew. This is fast and uncomplicated. Of course, we’ll refund the returned item.

     

    How long can I return goods?

    You might return goods within 14 days without giving any reasons. This is your right of withdrawal.

     

    Why do I have to pay for returns?

    Please understand our reason for not providing free returns. It’s our aim to offer all our products at very low prices and so we don’t include potential return costs into our prices. That’s an advantage for you as our goods are even more affordable.

    Tip: If you used your private PayPal account to pay for your order at SportSpar.com, you could ask PayPal directly to refund the return costs. This is a free service you have to activate at PayPal and it’s possible to use it even afterwards! If you have any questions concerning this service, please contact Paypal directly.

     

    Do you confirm the arrival of my return?

    Of course we’ll let you know as soon as your returned goods arrive at our house. Usually, it takes three to five days to deal with them.

     

    How do you refund the money?

    We refund the purchase amount the same way you paid for your order. You used your credit card, we’ll refund via credit card. You used Amazon Pay, we’ll refund via Amazon Pay. Do you see the pattern?! Please note that refunds via bank transfer might take a little bit longer depending on your credit institute.

     

    How long does it take to deal with my return?

    As soon as your return arrives at our house, we’ll check and deal with it as fast as possible. Usually, it takes three to five days. Sometimes, we’ve got our hands full, e.g. for Easter or Christmas or when crazy promotions are on. Then, it might take up to 14 days to deal with your return.

    Is it possible to return several orders in one parcel?

    That’s absolutely no problem and even more ecological by the way. To make it easier for our colleagues at the return department please enclose the delivery note or an invoice copy of your order(s). So, we can assign the return quickly and deal with it much faster.

    How do I register?

    Very easy: Just fill in the form I’m a new customer in “My account”, choose a password, click on “Continue” and that’s it – you just created your SportSpar customer account. When you order at our shop in the future, there’s no more annoying typing of all the address information anymore AND our customer account offers other advantages, too. So you collect automatically bonus points for example.

     

    Are there any costs for a registration?

    No, of course not. A registration is free of charge.

     

    Do you forward my data to third partys?

    Of course we stick to the strict GDPR regulations. That means without your explicit consent we don’t forward any of your personal information to third parties. If one of our partners such as DHL or one of our partners in the field of marketing analysis depends on your data, we’ll always ask for your consent in advance. By all means, you are entitled to object the transfer of personal data. However please note that in this case certain services might not be available or available only within a limited scope.

     

    How do I change my password?

    You might change your password easily within your customer account under Profile.

    If you forgot your password – This happens to the best of us! – you automatically reset your password by clicking on Forgot your password? under “My account”. Afterwards, you’ll receive an e-mail and you’ll choose a new password.

     

    How do I change my customer information?

    No problem! You might modify your personal information easily within your customer account. Just log on and change what’s necessary.

     

    How do I delete my customer account?

    According to GDPR you are entitled to ask for the deletion of all your personal data at SportSpar meaning your customer account. Please send an e-mail to service@sportspar.com and let us know which customer account you’d like to delete. Please note that certain services are only available to customers owning a SportSpar customer account.

    What are the advantages of your newsletter?

    With our regular newsletter you’ll always be the first to know about brand new products, crazy discounts, limited offers and all the top deals. Furthermore, our SportSpar newsletter offers exclusive voucher codes and informs you about exciting promotions.

    To say thank you for your registration we’ll send you a €5 voucher code.

     

    How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

    It’s as simple as this: Just click here!
     

    I don't get a newsletter. Why?

    You subscribed to our newsletter but you don’t receive one? Maybe you entered a wrong e-mail address. By the way, for security reasons we use a so-called Double OptIn procedure. After you entered your e-mail for the newsletter subscription, we’ll send you an automated e-mail with a confirmation link. After you clicked on that link your subscription becomes valid. From now on, you’ll be always up to date when it come to our bargains. But be careful! There’s danger of addiction!!!

    If you’re absolutely sure you entered the correct e-mail address and you finished our double opt-in procedure but you still don’t get any newsletters, please have a look in your spam folder. Maybe your e-mail program was a little surprised by our very low prices and classified our newsletter wrongly.

    How often do your send a newsletter?

    Usually we send our newsletter once per week. So, you won’t miss any deals or bargains. If there’s mega promo or a great competition you should take part in, you might get an additional newsletter.
