Right to withdraw
Consumers have the right to cancel the contract in accordance with the following provisions. The term consumer in this context is defined as any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The deadline for withdrawal is 14 days starting from the date on which you or a third party designated by you and who is not the carrier take possession of the goods.

of your decision by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a telefax or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose; this is, however, not mandatory. You may complete the sample withdrawal form or any other clear declaration, also the sample withdrawal PDF file on our website, and submit it to us. Should you make use of this option, then we will send you a confirmation of receipt of any such withdrawal immediately (e.g. by email).
To comply with the deadline for withdrawal it will be sufficient if you submit the notification regarding exercising of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
Should you withdraw from this contract, then we must refund all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of an alternative delivery method to the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us), to you immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. Unless anything else was specifically agreed with you we will use the same means of payment to make this refund as you used to make the original transaction; under no circumstances will you incur any costs for this refund.
We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the goods you are returning or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which occurs sooner.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in all cases, at the latest within 14 days of the date on which you inform us regarding your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline will have been complied with if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day deadline expires. You must bear the direct costs for return of the goods.
You must only pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value has been caused by your handling them in a manner which was not required to test their fitness for purpose, characteristics and method of functioning.

If you requested that the services commence before the expiry of the cancellation deadline, you are required to pay us an appropriate sum corresponding to services rendered up to the time at which you notified us of your intention to exercise your cancellation rights expressed as a proportion of the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
