Your membership starts as soon as we received your full payment. The exact activation time depends on the payment method you chose. Payment methods like PayPal, where money is transferred immediately, speed up the activation of your new membership. After you finished such an order (e.g. with PayPal), your new membership will be activated officially within an hour. Then, it’s indicated in your customer account. Please note that depending on the chosen payment method – bank transfer / prepayment – the activation of your membership might take several days.

2 - You are logged in at your customer account, but your membership hasn’t been activated yet. Answer: You can see the status of your membership in your customer account. As soon as your membership is active, we’ll send you a separate e-mail. Only after the activation you can make use of our exclusive DealClub prices and promotions. Usually, we’ll activate your membership one hour after we received your full payment.
3 - You are logged in to your customer account, but your membership isn’t valid anymore. Answer: You can see the status of your membership in your customer account. After we received your full payment your DealClub membership is valid for 6 months and there is no automatic renewal. If you like to renew your membership, simply order a new DealClub membership. On the day you order, your membership will renew for another 6 months.

Return costs are not affected by a DealClub membership. The usual regulations and rights concerning returns apply.

We treat your personal data very carefully and do not collect more data than absolutely necessary. If you order a DealClub membership, we additionally store your customer group and the expiration date of your membership in order to be able to render agreed promotional services.

After the expiration of the statutory period of time an early cancellation or refund is impossible. The contract concluded is binding for the agreed 6 months contractual period. The bought DealClub membership ends automatically after 6 months and there is no automatic renewal. A cancelling of the membership isn’t necessary.
