

Although we are constantly improving our item descriptions, our pictures and our fitting advices, it may happen from time to time that a shoe isn’t the right size, the material feels different than expected or a t-shirt isn’t quite right for your athletic body.
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days without giving any reasons. This is your Right to withdraw.
You have the right to cancel and to return an order or rather get a refund of the full amount provided that you really just tried on the products or tried them to a degree necessary to check the structure, the quality and/or the functioning of the goods and sent them back to us completely. You only have to pay the costs for a possible decline in value if this decline in value is attributable to your handling.

Please note:
Unfortunately, some post offices don’t accept parcels with our SportSpar mailing bags. It’s the best if you turn the bag inside-out so that there’s no advertising anymore. Otherwise, you could also use a neutral or non-printed mailing bag.
Now, you put the goods you like to return into your shipping package, if possible, with their undamaged original packaging and all tags and labels.
Important:
When returning shoes please don’t use the shoe box as shipping box as it’s part of the original packaging.
Before you close your parcel, it would be great if you could enclose the shipping note (or a copy of the shipping note) so that we can process your return as quickly as possible and without any delays. Alternatively, you could also enclose a copy of the invoice we already sent you via e-mail. If you can’t find your invoice anymore, just contact us via e‑mail. We’ll send you a new invoice immediately.
